Why JTSA Exists
The Jharkhand Talent Search Association (JTSA) was born from a simple observation: students in Dhanbad district had immense potential but lacked a dedicated platform to showcase their academic abilities at a competitive level.
Founded in 2026 by Deepak Kumar (Founder & President) and Satish Kumar Mandal (Vice President), JTSA was registered as an MSME Micro Enterprise under Educational Support Services (UDYAM-JH-04-0091747, dated 10/08/2026). Our mission crystallized around one event: the Dhanbad District Olympiad — a district-level competitive assessment for Classes 5–10.
We believe talent is evenly distributed, but opportunity is not. By organizing a rigorous, board-aligned Olympiad in Science, Mathematics, and Mental Ability, we give every student — whether from a government school or private institution — the same stage to prove their mettle.
Today, JTSA operates from Nilanchal Colony, Urmila Kunj, Dhanbad — 828127, coordinating with 50+ schools and reaching 1000+ students annually. Our team of educators, technologists, and outreach specialists work together to make the Olympiad a credible, transparent, and rewarding experience for every participant.
